2005
Learning from 2004 we changed and improved certain areas:

We changed the drink containers from plastic to recyclable paper reducing washing costs and storage space. This introduction required us to have measured pour systems for all draft to comply with TS regulations but allowed for swifter service.

We changed the stock system and placed all stock in chilled container trucks behind each bar, thereby reducing service time and pressures on stock crew.

We introduced a 2nd fast can bar to the site.

We increased the number of engineers on site for all equipment used.

We felt this year was our most successful from all angles. We managed to keep the budget at the previous year's level but increased the turnover by 27%.
