Summary / 2002 / 2003 / 2004 / 2005 / 2006 / 2007

2007
This year's challenge was the weather! July was a disastrous month for many events across the country and Herefordshire was one of the worst hit areas for floods. Up until a few days before the event surrounding areas were still underwater. Most of the site did dry out in time and apart from some last minute positioning changes and one campsite being out of action everything basically ran according to plan.

Turnover still exceeded the magic million.

We introduced 2 new bars to the event.

We introduced a new management system to the bars.

We worked well under pressure getting large quantities onto and around a partially waterlogged site.

We were able to acquire alternative equipment when items were unable to be delivered due to the adverse weather in the surrounding areas, for example ice freezers to replace the ones which were 10 feet under water in a warehouse in Oxford.

2007 was a challenging year due to the weather and several changes within the festival management structure. Everyone involved in the event rose to the challenge admirably and in the end the sun shone and everything ran well.
