In some ways running a bar in a field is no different to running a bar in Brighton or Brixton. In both cases it is equally important that the products are of optimum quality, the staff are efficient, friendly and experienced and that the prices are reasonable. It is also vital that all laws and regulations are adhered to and that the site is safe and clean.
However, things move a lot faster in a field and there is far less room for error. If a bar stops working for even a moment it can cost vital revenue. Our job is to try to ensure nothing goes wrong and to make sure that if something does it is remedied fast and efficiently. As well, of course, as ensuring that all your customers will always receive their Gin and Tonic served perfectly and with a smile.
