The Green Man Festival has been running for 5 years now and has built up a reputation of being a fantastic music event catering to a specific audience. The music starts from the premise of Folk but then moves into a far wider range of genres. The event management company, Peoples Party, approached Jam Events to manage the running of the bars in 2007.

After a full event briefing we developed an appropriate package for the event taking into consideration the event demographics, site and budgetary constraints and the overall festival ethos.

We ran 4 bars over the course of the event and served draft ale, cider and lager as well as cocktails, spirits, cans and wine. The event held a 24 hour license and we ran one bar til 5am with the rest closing at appropriate hours before then.

Despite atrocious weather conditions on the Saturday the event was considered a great success. Revenue was up from 2006, customers were happy and we have been invited back to the event for 2008.
